You can create a link in any Web Page or Newsletter Message and upload a PDF or other document file type using the Insert Link toolbar button on the WYSIWYG editor toolbar. If you highlight or create and highlight your Link Text beforehand it will be made into your new link.

The Insert Link toolbar button loads the Link Properties form or dialogue box:

from there you can use the Browse Server button to link to an existing file, or use the "Upload" tab on the form pictured above to browse your desktop for a file and upload that to the server. This action automatically creates the link, and once the file upload is complete, pressing the "OK" button will complete your upload and link creation.

Using Memorized Events

Memorized events are events that you save as a template for future events. The way the Memorized Events are typically employed is the client takes a properly configured past event that is very similar to an upcoming event and Memorizes it.

Then the Admin or Leader can browse to Memorized Events, select the appropriate event from among all prior Memorized events, and update the date and time information and any other changes. In this fashion you can copy and resubmit a past event, and save some duplicate data entry and configuration to the extent that your events share these settings.
