We have identified a bug in the latest version of SmarterMail whereby users are presented with a blank grey screen upon logging into the mail server. This bug happens whenever a user accesses the login page via a link from some other domain, including a link from within their own Memberize website.
Solution:
Open a new window or tab inside your browser and navigate directly to "http://mail.newhco.com" or to "http://mail.[yourdomain]". Do not access the mail server from a link or from a bookmarked page.
SmarterMail will be addressing this issue in their next release. We will send a client notification when corrected.
